Apply to Our Designer Program

We're thrilled you're applying! Please keep in mind that it might take a few days for us to review and approve your application. In the meantime, if you need to place an order, feel free to reach out to us at stephanie@mountainhome.net, and we'll be happy to assist you.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Please upload any two of the following documents (if you entered a valid website above, you only need to submit one document below):

  • Valid business license verifying your interior design or professional business

  • Active business website URL/address

  • Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)

  • Valid interior design accreditation/certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)

  • Resale Certificate

TAX EXEMPTION

For designers who purchase merchandise for resale and wish to be tax exempt, we require a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate if the order is being delivered to Colorado. Please contact our trade team with any additional questions.

FILE UPLOADS

Please upload the required documents below. When your re-sale tax license is on file with us, you'll enjoy tax exemption on your purchases. If you don't have this license, local sales tax at a rate of 4.5% will apply.
